He was a relatively quiet guy and had a knack for skateboarding before he was killed in a freak accident.
Nowadays he's nothing but bones and he can't utter a single word to anyone. (No vocal chords and all, y'know?)
Thankfully, his girlfriend Molly can understand him and can translate anything he has to say to other people... to mixed results.
